Can the Sony Noise Reduction plug-in be used through Vegas...or is it only for sound forge?

Works great in Vegas, too. It's real time in Vegas. Personally, I prefer to use it only in Forge, but you can stack multiple NR plugs in Vegas for various levels of processing, which is more difficult in Forge.
