Seems to work like it always did.
Tick Capture NoisePrint, click preview to capture.
Untick Capture NoisePrint, RClick in RH side and select Select All Data OR click the More button. The last bit is new.

I also like to find a "pure" noise-only section and loop it before pressing PREVIEW - that way, nothing else creeps in accidentally.

When shooting, run tape for a few seconds when you're at all-quiet on one of your takes - that will not only give you a good sample for NR, but a good sample of the room if you have to go the other way and actually junk/match audio (like when doing ADR)

I was just involved in a shoot of a short film.

Doing this was referred to as "ATMOS", atmospheric sound. The 1st A.D. recorded 2 minutes of atmos in each setup, just in case.

The only clickable thing on the lower RH side said "more" on mine. The "more" then had the exact times to enter but didn't have anything that said "select all." Seems like I am missing something.

Thanks. Worked like you said. They always seem to make things easier with the new stuff.
