Hey everyone, just wanted to pass along some useful information here.
DVDA2a (newest version) was not recognizing my DVD burner whatsoever and I had updated the drive's firmware, updated the motherboard's nvidia chipset drivers, basically tried everything to no avail which I read here in the forum...everything still remained greyed-out.
I decided to open up the computer and check to see if the DVD burner was set for Master or Slave...It was set to Slave.
So I changed it to Master and DVDA2a had NO PROBLEMS recognizing the drive and burned without errors...so make certain your DVD burner is set to be the Master and not a Slave device.
