I'm converting some home videos into DVD and here is a porblem i ran across: everytime I open VV to continue working on the project, first video file I add can be normilized (audio portion of it), adding more files after it will have normilize not working. Sorry for poor explanation, but here is an example: I open VV, open project, add video/audio. Right clicking audio for this clip and checking "Normalize" will have audio normilized (on this particular project it add gain of 12 to 14). After cuttin, trimming, rearanging and applying effects if I add another video clip to the project (video+audio) normalize will not work on it. It actualy second and all subsequent clips. If i right click on audio of second clip and check "Normalize", Gain stays at 0.0 dB, clicking "Re-calculate" does nothing. I have to close VV then re-open it in order to get audio of second clip normalized. Has anyone run accross this? and what is solution for it?
