I'm use to using Sound Forge's Normalize to RMS function on
the Process menu to get the average RMS for a series of
tracks approximately the same so the apparent loudness of
each track is the same.

How can I Normalize to a RMS value with one of Vegas's plug-
in's. Or is there another way to match the apparent
loudness in a collection of tracks?
