Not able to install Vegas 20

When I download the installer, i get this error message that tells me no information.

I am trying dowload Vegas 20 on Windows 11 OS. I am a teacher using a work laptop. Had this issue for a year. Miss using Vegas and want to get back to it. Have bought a activation for it...but have never used it for this reason. Can anyone help?

I don't know what's wrong with the installer but you can just download the program directly from here and use your license for it: https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/faq-where-can-i-download-vegas-pro-and-other-vegas-software--104782/

Great suggestion! Got it downloaded. Now i have an issue with thr activation. Get this:

Tried resetting net. Didnt work. Tried turning off all firewalls. Didnt work.

Now we are here.

Any suggestions, anyone?

Try again later? I had issues with my laptop where it wouldn't connect the first time.

Which browser are you using? If Chrome, try another browser as some have reported on the forum over the years download problems with Chrome.

You can use Vegas on 2 machines. Because I think your work laptop cannot make contact to the outside, try to also download and install Vegas on another (not being from your work) and activate it from that place , Be aware that Vegas need occasionally a network connection to contact Magix
