What's going on? I have like 13GB free on the HD and it stil wants more? It was working up to now and at this momnet a simple project taht would normally take up 2.5 GB can't be fit?

I'm using Arch3.

Check in your Project properties - the directory for the Temp files folder may be allocated to a different drive, maybe C drive.
