Has anyone received this error when trying to render?

It happens mostly when I'm trying to render to NTSC DV .avi. I've tried increasing my Virtual Memory thinking this was it but no go. I'm on a Dual P4 2.4 Xeon w/HT. I close all other programs while rendering and monitor the Task Manager. Everything appears to be working fine and it doesn't appear to be any stress on the processors as they normally range between 25-35% of CPU usage.
Can anyone think of any other thing's that I should check? I don't wanna just go blindly checking/changing things.
Thanks!
