Not Enough Snap

I have a rather minor beef, but one which would improve the VV3 experience: events do not 'snap' to each other positively enough.

Most of the time when I am moving events in the timeline, I want them to butt up against each other, not overlap. It is too easy to overlap events as it is.

Also, the lines that define the edges of events are too fine. I think they should be bolder; with dark video images, it's too hard to see the edges of each clip.

Other than that, I love this program!

Just a kind of weird thought... Perhaps events when they butt could have an audio cue when you're dragging, that changes in pitch the more your overlap events. Probably would get old fast.

Like GG said if you zoom in it is easier to see. You can also add frame numbers from the Options menu, preferences, video tab, select show source frame numbers. Of course by the time you zoom in to see each frame, if you cross over, it becomes rather obvious. LOL!
