I was going to re-download VMS 14 Platinum from my account but it was not in my products, or DVDA 7. I tried to register it again but it said it was already in use. All my products that I have purchased since VMS 8 have the same registered date 2017. I cannot find how to contact support. Every time I try it tells me to fill out my request form which I have already done. Anyone knows what to do? Thanks.
