not install, said acount already exists, don't remove the old one

hello friends

im from brazil, sorry by my bad english, but. i need help!

i tryied to install vegas pro last build 326, i had problem

one time i had change my disk unit to sell

i have new ssd

and i tryied to install last build

in end of process said that ''THE ESPECIFIED ACOUNT ALREADY EXISTIS''

i had used iobit unistaller and revo unistaller pro many time to delete all of vegas

including vegas pro 19

i deleted ALLL

and on end of process only said this ''THE ESPECIFIED ACOUNT ALREADY EXISTIS''

please HEEEEEEEEEEELP

You need to log into your Magix account and see how many activations you have for the Vegas software. You can only have 2.

Deleting does nothing if it's been activated twice.

@dbancks I think the installer now sees a different device because you are using a new hard drive for the installation. Go to your Magix account and deactivate an older installation to make room for a new (2nd?) installation

That is only possible if you did not activate the former installation.
Normal is that on activating a Newer Vegas Product that Magix account is made automatically. You can login here with the used emailaddress during the first activation: https://www.magix.com/us/support/my-service-center/

@j-v understand you, but, how vegas installer see this problem if i never had regisstration there? because, any moment ask my email acount on all time that i installed using youtubers tutorial, only in the end said this problem of acount.... look,,, right now, i had tryied two times, two emails... on this two emails i dont have product registered

and on this computer i only logged on gmail and hotmail.... how vegas can say that my acount already exitis, what location vegas get this information, from where ?? understand:?

i thinking this problem is relative on my machine
but i complicated because i already used revo and iobit uninstaler
