I am running Video Factory 2.0c on Windows XP. Well, it was working fine for quite some time, but then today it decided that it did not want to play back recorded audio, giving me an unable to mix audio error message. So, I re-installed the program. However, when I try to type in my serial number now to use it again, it gives me the message "This program is not correctly installed. Please re-install to use this program." No matter how many times I re-install, it gives me this error. Before this, I had not experienced either the audio error or the start-up error. Any ideas???
