Not rendering

I just bought Vegas Movie Studio Platinum. When I render to 'avi' or 'wmv' I get no video, only sound. What could be the problem?

Also, where do I enter my 'authentication code'? Thanks.

Source of files are 'avi', 'jpg.' Audio is 'wav'.

Never mind. I was able to render it when I changed the 'Template' to 512K.
