novice question>whats the vectorscope and how to use it in VV4b

i cant help but notice about the vectorscope in the new features and in the forums. can anybody tell me what it is? i tried searching the help file but it aint there. i also have a little problem with motion blur and supersampling. i seem to have activated it on the video bus but i dont see the usual envelope line in the track.

Look in the V4 help file under Contents/Using Vegas/Monitoring Video with Scopes. There are also a number of pages to be found on the net with a search.
