NTFS or FAT32?

Someone help refresh my memory, I have a Win2K box with Vegas 4. I just bought a Matrox 200 gig. HD for video and I need to format it. The OS drive is on NTFS and my storage drives are a mixture of NTFS & FAT 32. Which is better suited for video and audio?

Use NTFS

Hi Jack. If you go for NTFS, you can have pretty unlimited video file sizes while FAT32 is limited to 4GB. There are some other pros and cons, but for me, this is enough to make me use NTFS.
