Ntsc to Pal DVD

Hi everyone, is there a way to convert a ntsc file to Pal in Vegas 4? I just finished up a wedding where I gave the cleints 4 ntsc DVDs. But, they want another they can send to Argentina(I'm assuming they are on the Pal format, correct?). Do I need a specific application to do this conversion, or can it be done in Vegas 4?

Piece of cake,
just tell it to render as NTSC. Sorry I don't know what standard Argentina is but I'm certian a search on the web will find it for you.
BTW I've done quite a bit of research on this subject as well as doing quite a few conversions.

In general most of the gear in PAL countries will cope OK playing NTSC DVDs but not the other way around. I've been told by the gurus at SoFo that you can also render as 24p NTSC and most DVD player in the US will do a pull down to 60i an dplay it quite happily. Big plus is not only will that play in both PLA and NTSC systems but you can fit more on the DVD.
