Nudge envelopes or some other precice manip..

I would like to know if there is a way to move the envelopes horizontally in a precise manner. Right clicking on the envelope allows vertical manipulation by typing in a number whether it he volocity, speed, pan, is there some key I can press to lock the node to it's current velocity and just move it in time?

click and drag on the enveloppe point while pressing the ALT key.

I'm also interested in this. To me clicking and dragging isnt precise enough (or not as precise as pressing five times a keyboard key to make it move 5 frames). I've been having troubles of my own, trying to find the keyboard equivalent to slip (Alt-drag). I just cant be frame accurate...
