here can I find the serial number of my Vegas pro 18 product? I do not have the email of the time of purchase nor does it appear in "my products" on the website.
Vegas Pro 18 was released some 18 months ago or so, so presumably you've been using it in the past. Have you done something like re-installing your OS or installing on a new computer?
Where did you buy Vegas Pro from? If from Steam, Steam has its own activation system which does not involve MAGIX's activation system. If your purchase was from VEGAS/MAGIX, did you use a different email address at the time of registration and activation?
