NUVTwain.dll not found when Vegas 5.0 launched

Although it doesn't seem to effect the program, whenever I launch Vegas I get the warning window: "Application has failed. NUVTwain.dll was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix the problem". I hvae to click the 'OK' button at least five times for it to go away and then the program finally launches. Can anyone help me figure out why this happens? Thanks (ps: this is my very first post)

This seems to be a .dll that comes from either a Hauppage or a Dazzle card.

Seems as either you uninstalled/removed either and part of it was left behind for Vegas to see but the .dll is not there to complete the routine.

Thanks! I found my hauppage disc and placed that dll into my Vegas folder. Problem fixed......thanks!
