NVENC "An invalid argument was specified"

On Movie studio 15.0 (build 116) platinum:

I have video project with 50.12 fps (recorded video from pal commodore 64) and if I try to render this project to 50.12 or using "allow source to adjust frame rate" I get this "An invalid argument was specified"

I have feeling that not even fps decimals are passed wrongly to nvenc which then outputs error instead of doing the job. I'm using Finnish locale on my windows, so does it affect internally on decimal sign passed to nvenc?

Encoding works if I specify frame rate to 50 but then I get unwanted effects as frame rate is not what it should.

This worked on movie studio 14.

Are you using the same render template/settings with MS15 that you used with MS14?

No, not the same as in 14. I have also tried other templates and modify those to match original frame rate with no luck.
