Nvenc Rendering Error

hey guys,

so i just ran into a problem for the first time. I tried to render a 5 second clip of my video to test and see and how would look in the final outcome, then i got hit with this error message

"An error occurred while creating the media file untitled.mp4
A component failed to initialize."

i tried doing some research and people said it was because the gpu was not good enough. however thats not it in my case

Specs:
RTX 3070
Ryzen 5 5600x
16gb DDR4 3200mhz
I have tried ctrl + shift + double clicking vegas pro in order to reset everything, but that did not work. however it did work once but when i rewatched the video, it just keeps on repeating the part where the transition is. I believe this is a transition problem because if i open a new project and put them clips in, it works perfectly fine with my nvenc rendering settings, however, if i have my preset transitions in there, my project doesn't seem to want to render. These issues were never a thing in the past, until i installed a preset and also sapphire set up for some cool transitions. After applying the transitions thats where this problem occured. I would love to leave these transitions in honestly, so i need some ideas please!

Please give me solutions to try!

Thanks!

EDIT: Forgot to mention, I'm using Vegas Pro 16

Which exact Nvidia driverversion do you use?
You need the Studio driver 471.11
