nvidia 3d vision

I may have completely missed this, but is it possible to render 3d movies with Sony Vegas? I just got the nvidia 3d kit, and I'd like to render some of my videos in 3d, if it's at all possible!

I realize that even in Vegas can do it, I'd have to deal with the fact that my videos were not filmed with 3d equipment. I thought I'd ask though!

To post the link, here's the information on the 3d kit: http://www.nvidia.com/object/GeForce_3D_Vision_Main.html

Years ago I cut a small 3D piece filmed on two PD150s with Vegas.
Shooting effective 3D is no simple task. Cheapest cameras that can do it right are a pair of EX3s. You'd then really want the P+S mirror rig to get the inter occular distance and toe in correct. Still all up pretty expensive but it's getting way cheaper and way easier than it used to be.
Vegas lacks the high end tools for manipulating 3D but no reason on earth why you could not edit two tracks locked together in Vegas.

Come to think of it Event Pan/Crop would probably let you do some interesting things with IO in post.

Thanks for the response!

I'm pretty inexperienced with Vegas, despite how long I've had the software! Any ideas how I could mess around with Event Pan/Crop? I've got a couple ideas, but I need to figure out how to execut them. It's finally an excuse to get around to using some tutorials!

I have a couple projects I'd enjoy putting into 3d if it's possible. My sister's wedding and my trip to Egypt would be great in Blu Ray.

Thanks again for your help!
