nvopencl.dll is causing a Crash with GPU on in VP 14 but not in VP16

Hello guys, Im still trying to make my gopro hero 7 footage run good and i almost got it to work super smoothly... but that only happens in vegas pro 14 with gpu on, but another but....the program crashes at random times, from few seconds of running a playback to a few minutes, always crashes. VP16 NEVER crashes with nvidia gpu on but the realtime playback of HEVC footage is stuttery, sometimes it will run for few minutes and not stutter and sometimes within few seconds it goes into 1fps, which is around 50% of the time.

So again what is going on, why is vp14 running the footage (54-60fps with NVIDIA 1080 and almost always closer to 60fps, and 50-58fps with AMD VEGA 64 with definitely feels less smooth) and vp16 runs it high 20s-58sh, and mostly somewhere in the middle feeling way more stuttery and then 50% of the time it won't run those frame rates at all and falls to what feels like 1fps.

So even though vp14 runs it smooth it crashes with NVIDIA GPU turned on.

Problem: Unmanaged Exception (0xc0000005)
Fault Module: C:\Windows\system32\nvopencl.dll

so i saw this video which fixed it for like everyone but when i do the fix gpu acceleration is off and is unavailable to select.

Anyone has any ideas what the are in the programs? Maybe you guys can point me out and i can swap some vp16 files/settings into vegas pro 14 to make it not crash, or vp14 settings/files to vp16 so that i get that smooth playback.

So yes with amd vega 64 there are no crashes, but its less smooth for sure and its an additional 500$ that i can get refunded by returning the card...

this is crazy... i've gone through and spend days trying to make it work... Any Ideas guys? Thanks!
