NX5U and periodic green frames

So I just shot a 1 hour video using the Sony NX5U camera in SD mode. I am using Lexar 32gb SDHC cards. After I run the card through the Sony Content Management software and bring the clips into the timeline (Vegas 11) I notice some 2 to 4 green frames are in the video. Not sure what is happening here, any thoughts? I performed a media format on the card while in the camera. Then shot the video. Haven't tried to see if the problem is the same when shooting 1080i.

Any thoughts?

What is the speed of the cards? Hopefully at least a class 10 (small number in a circle on the card). I have found certain cards (especially respected name brands) to be slower than their ratings. You could find a memory card speed test and see what the read and write times actually are. It does sound like a memory card speed issue. Reformatting the cards every so often doesn't hurt either, but this shouldn't cause what you are seeing.

Thanks for the quick response. The card is a class 10. Where could I find a memory card speed tester? Which card do you use/recommend? Any other suggestions or thoughts are welcome.

Thanks

Any thoughts?

Have you tried playing the clips back in the camera?

Have you tried playing the clips with content management?

Have you tried playing the clips in Sony Vegas 11
With out running them through content management?

why not bypass sony camera transfer utility and download directly from the camera? eliminate one variable, at least...

I just remembered about year ago I was editing .mov footage with Vegas 10e and had some green frames every now and then. The green frames only a paired when editing and was not in the rendered video.
