I'm capturing a bunch of home video using VV4. Occasionally the first clip (and only the first clip...) gets captured at 25.00 fps. When this happens, the second and all subsequent clips get captured at 29.97 fps. It's almost like it forgets it should be capturing NTSC video and (temporarily) captures PAL instead. What's really strange is the second and all subsequent clips are fine. When I go back and re-capture the first clip when this problem occurs, it captures the video correctly. Anyone else ever experience this? Suggestions on what might be causing this? Is this a known problem?
