ODBC/Database connection - via Microsoft Excel or Access?

Is it possible to create an ODBC/database connection to a Vegas project's Edit Details data - I'm just looking for read only access.

I know I can copy and paste the data but I'd like to have a dynamic link so I don't have to keep copying and pasting - also I'd like to be able to add my own fields for notes/comments in Excel/Access.

You can't dynamically tie in to an external database at this time (well...maybe some clever scripting guru could make this work, maybe).

This type of functionality is definitely on the radar so you may see it in a future version.
