Odd Multicam sync issue.in VP 8.0b

Been doing multicam for ages, never had this come up. Two cameras, I synch the tracks, nothing out of the norm. When I create the multicam track, one of the clips (out of four) and its associated audio track exhibit the pink out-of-sync indication. Repeated tries always result in the same. I even rebooted with no change. But as far as I can tell the video and audio are still in sync. I realize that even a single frame shift will result in the indication and this would be very difficult to detect. But why would the muticam track creation cause this shift? And in a single clip? . Anyone come across anything like this?

It's just a little annoyance that was present in 8.0b and was fixed in 8.0c. If you've kept everything grouped, quantized, and snapped properly, everything should be fine.

From the 8.0c Release Notes:
"Removed the “out of synchronization” indication for certain cases where it was not useful."

Thanks, that's the answer then. I did try 8.0c, but came across another issue and went back to 8.0b in hopes of resolving it [unsuccessfully as it apparently is something peculiar to this particular machine] and never went back to 8.0c simply due to lethargy.
