Put a value in the Project Prefs Summary Title field and render to mp3 with a different Title for the ID tag and you get the project prefs title not the one you specified in the ID tag.
Leave Title blank in Project Prefs Summary and mp3 tags title will get the one from the render options.

This took me quite a while to figure out. Only tried this in V5, V6 machine not at home.
