OK to Have 7 & 8 on Same Computer?

Are there any compatibility issues with having Vegas 7 and Vegas Pro 8 installed on the same computer? Should I just uninstall 7 to be on the safe side?

ive got 5 6 and 7 on this one...
i wont remove any of them becuase the installer kills off all your shared plugins.. be careful... run a system restore before u do anything..

Same here, I ain't touchin' nuttin.'

I just have to remember that once saved in higher version, can't open back to lower -- unless one does some under-the-hood file saving thing mentioned at this forum somewhere that I don't understand and won't try to.

No point messing with the flow of time or .veg bytes.. :)

I have Vegas 4 through 8 and DVD Arch. 1.0 through 4.5 all running on one editing machine, never had any problems.
