Old projector film look -- how?

I have seen that "old projector film" look in a few samples (see link below). Being a newbie, how is that done? I just got V4, so I am still exploring / learning what it can do.

its EXTREMELY simple you see
Load a video or picture into video track.
Now go to media FX I believe its called and you will see s set for old film.
Not media Generators The other one.
(sorry Im speaking from memory havent messed with effects ina while)
In the set for old film there are several to choose from.

Don't forget your sound effects....you'll need to loop the middle part of this one.

How do you get the wav file off the web page? All I can do is play it, right-click has 'save' functions greyed out.

If you're playing it in WMP, go to the File menu and choose "Save Media As"
