OMG! Vegas 4 for $700 - Guess Where??

Since my previous post advising you of the incredible price of $500, this incredible six-year-old relic is now available for the amazingly low price of $700, at your friend and mine, the "musican's friend'. Better hurry, I've only told a few people about this . . .

They must have heard that I posted their earlier offer of $500 for V4, and decided to raise the price as a result of their supply and our demand . . .

whatever.

If you ever had any doubts that this company is run by idiots, I respectfully defer . . .

Sounds like a bargain to me compared to V8. At least everything in V4 worked and it never crashed. Perhaps if they're putting UP the price they know this too.

Had a copy since it was released. Met a few locals still running just V4 too. For audio only projects it's great. Made more money out of V4 than anything. Lightweight, stable, quick. Runs on minimal hardware inc my equally ancient VAIO laptop.

My only regret about V4 is I didn't get the box.

Is that box worth $700 to me....nah :)

I still like mine too. It opens up in about 2 seconds. I pretty much only use it for audio also.
