i just need to edit my OnePlus Phone videos
some where 4k and some Full HD
full HD are working good but 4K are behaving strange. like below

setting what i change in preference is :
i am using VP21_315
i just upload these videos to VEGAS Hub mobile app and sync in Mobile uploads.
please check if it is reproducing.
No problem playing your footage at all with V21-315. My GPU is RTX4080 super not AMD.

In this vid I have Proxies Off in Preferences - Video but I tried your vid again with proxies On & it played just as well .

There have been other posts showing the same issue, pre V21-315 that were solved by changing the AMD driver to earlier versions.

it takes 5.80 Seconds in rendering to same clip same template
When RAW Processor = AMD & Decoder = INTEL
it takes 4.95 Seconds in rendering to same clip same template
When RAW Processor = AMD & Decoder = AMD
it takes 4.80 Seconds in rendering to same clip same template
When RAW Processor = AMD & Decoder = OFF
it takes 4.91 Seconds in rendering to same clip same template
When RAW Processor = OFF Decoder = OFF
it takes 4.97 Seconds in rendering to same clip same template
Raw decoder only affects raw footage like Braw.

ok so now i set decoder to INTEL and processor to AMD...
working fine .. is this ok until AMD issues resolved.
and please suggest me a NVIDIA graphic card which can be smooth for 4k videos .
my budget is upto 360 USD only.
I would not buy any hardware for VEGAS until the video engine is developed further.
I manage the two benchmarks in my signature which give some data points. If you asked me before VP21.300 was released I'd say the key is an Intel iGPU for decoding. That's no longer true for many formats where its performance has worsened or NVIDIA has improved.
So run your own tests with media you care about. I'd suggest longer renders as all the times you posted above are within margins of error.

Note the huge frame rate difference between min and max from your video. Converting it to a Constant frame rate with Handbrake and no issues during playback with AMD GPU and 24.5.1 drivers.

thanks i know it will work well with converting but how can NVIDIA user are able to play it without converting.

Could this be another issue with an AMD GPU or its driver? To be honest, my patience with AMD would be wearing thin, but that's just a personal viewpoint. ;)
It goes without saying that it operates with my Nvidia card in my laptop without the artifacts displayed in the initial post.
