I have installed my programm some weeks ago on my new PC and registrated it offline with my optional authentication code. It worked. But since some days the programm requires an online registration. Is this necessary now?

I'm not sure if it is required now, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was since the offline code is the way all the pirates have gone about cracking Vegas' software over the years.
Perhaps if online-activated, the old Vegas Pro 13 will be registered on your Magix/VEGAS' account's software list.
