IM useing vegas 3.0 ..
Does vegas need ASIO support to work with MOTU 2408??????

No, but set vegas to classic wave drivers to see all your inputs. I use a 2408 with ton of inputs. Post back for more specific advice.

Vegas does not NEED ASIO, but if you're running V4 I wouldn't use anything else! Select the PCI324 from the DEVICE LIST. Otherwise I think you need to check the WDM box in the MOTU PCI324 console.

Vegas 3 does not support ASIO. In order for the 2408 to expose all of its ports you must set the driver to us legacy wave support. This will cause the 2408 to expose all inputs and outputs as a set of stereo pairs that Vegas 3 can then access directly.

Have had it 4 3mo & still cant get it to work right
