Open Event Pan/Crop window from script

I have a script that adds 2 effects to a selected clip. However, if the Event Pan/Crop dialog (window) is not already open for that clip I have to manually click the EPC icon in the clip to see the tabs for the efx and set any parameters. I don't want to set parameters in the script, just have the EPC dialog (window) open after the efx are added by the script. I have not been able to find a way to do this in a script.

The short answer is no. You will need to open the Pan/Crop dialog manually or set the settings for Pan/Crop from the script.
