Open New Project

I have Win10 and Movie Studio 15 Platinum and I am Making a New Project and everything is going good.

I had to Stop and Save My Project to a Folder so I can work On it at another Time.

Now I did want to Start a Whole other Project so I go to My DeskTop then Menu then All Programs them Vegas.

In here I See the Read Me File and Movie Studio 15 Platinum.

So I Click On Movie Studio 15 Platinum and it Opens the Project I was working On.

Why does it not Open a New Blank Project?

If you open Option/Preferences and in the General tab, uncheck what should be the first item - 'Automatically open last project on startup' - the previous project should not open. If you want to start a new project, you will still need to go to File/New or hit Ctrl-N to initiate the New Project template.
