open v5 project in v4

Is it possible to open a vegas 5 project in vegas 4?

No - if you're continuing a V4 project in V5, save as a new name so you still have the V4 version if you think you may want to go back.

If, say, you have some 3D motion or bezier masks in your V5 project, there's no way V4 could handle it...
