Opening .mov files

My digital camera takes 30 second videos. When I download them to my computer they have a .mov extension. Screenblast doesn't seem to want to open them. Any ideas?

YOu need to have Quicktime for Windows loaded on your computer in order to view MOV files.

Also note that Quicktime Pro for Windows, which is available from Apple, costs $29.95 and can export MOV files as many formats including AVIs.

I can play the .mov movies - Quick Time opens. I wanted to drag them into the Screenblast Movie Studio and attach them together.

When you install QuickTime, you need to do a custom install and install everything. If you didn't do this, uninstall and reinstall QuickTime and you should be able to load your MOV files into Movie Studio.
