Hello members,
I am in need of some decent recording hardware for use primarily for voice overs in Vegas for my animated shorts.
I was looking at the M-Audio MobilePre USB and a Shure SM58. I can find both for under 200 which fits my budget.
Does anyone have opinions on these items? Or Better, has anyone used the M-Audio with with Vegas and what was your experience.
Other information that might be helpful:
I also have a soundblaster Live 5.1 in my system that I have been using with a decent mic, but the results are way too "tinny". Like its all Mid tones, there was no warmth to it.
Thanks for your time.
Mike
