Optimize Disc

I am trying to fit 4.7 GB of data that I prepared, rendered and tried to burn in DVA5.0. When the third "burn" step comes up, I get the error message that the data will not fit on the disc.

At the optimze step I choose "fit to disc", thinking this will take the files and compress them down to fit them onto a regular DVD. it does not. Is there a way to force this to happen or is there a process to allow this to happen?

In the Optimize DVD window you need to change the Recompress setting to Yes for the main video before the 'Fit to Disc' function will work.

You might find it quicker to re-render your video at a lower bitrate.
