organizing clips

Does anybody know if there's a way to store clips for a project in separate bins or folders, according to subject? (Instead of having them all in the media pool area at the same time?)

No, Vegas 4 has this is feature but it is not part of VideoFactory/MovieStudio.

When you start a New Project in VF it asks you to name the project and choose where it will store the clips (Project Path.)

I've never found the media pool to be very useful. I always use the Explorer view and organize my clips in folders on the hard drive. I've found that giving the clips useful names usually helps me much more than seeing the first frame of the clip.
