Many thanks to Edward Troxel, Imran Zaidi and Aaron(dont remember his last name, but the creator of the Zenote' plug ins).
Edward gave a great prensentation on the wonders of Tsunami, Excalibur and Neon, that he and Gary developed. As a user of these having Ed go over them I discovered they are more powerfull than I had realised.
Aaron showed us the Zenote' plug ins and we discussed a few new ones coming down the pipe, such as a movie looks plug that works like Magic Bullet, except render times might be as much as 12x faster! :)
Thanks again to Imran, who allowed us to use his office space for the meeting. He also showed us a short clip of a short film he's doing, shooting w/ a 100a and editing on Vegas, excelent work BTW.
It was also nice to put faces to "screennames", Video Curmudgeon was there with his wife, as well as Fleshpainter,an Orlando resident.
Plus a few others from the DVINFO forum who showed us some their work in Vegas.
BTW , John when I got to my car I realised I dropped my cell phone somewhere, thought about it, then I remember hearing something go clunk when I was checking out the "ASPT" mobile. sure enough it was right next to the seat, took me a moment to rember how to open it though. Pretty cool car!
