OT: 360 scroll ball

Are there any PC mice that have 360 scroll balls, that aren't gigantic? I use Mac's at work and while I despise Apple's mice comfort-wise, I miss the 360 scroll ball when I'm editing at home on Vegas.

(just in case you don't know)
With many modern mice, if you hit the scroll wheel down, as a button, you can move the mouse in any direction to get full 360 scrolling.

Okay. I was aware of pushing it down as a button but I didn't realize it was 360. A little different, but same thing. Thanks.
