OT: ACARD Duplicator

Is there anyone here who uses an Acard Duplicataor controller? I have one that is now going on four years old and is now giving me some problems. (1 to 7 Duplicator). I am trying to determine if the control card is going bad or if its the actual burners.

* I can burn 1 to 7 CDs

* I can not burn 1 to 7 DVDs, there are up to 3 drives that are not even starting a burn cycle.

As I trouble shoot this more, I was wondering if anyone would have some insight.

I had problems with my 3x duplicator.
Thanks to advice from the local agent I fixed it very simply. Unplug and reconnect all the ribbon / IDE cables to the drives. Hasn't missed a beat since.

Thanks for the suggestion, I tried it and it also corrected the problem. I don't think I would have tought just unplugging the IDE cables. This has helped avoid a headache.
