OT: Animate PPT Slide in Vegas

I need to animate a PowerPoint slide in Vegas. I need to accomplish two things:

1. I need to have an arrow (45 degree angle) creep up a chart for showing population growth.

2. I need for the slide to start small as in coming from a window in a building and grow to fill the frame in smooth zoom.

Is this possible and if so what effects would you use?

Thanks,
Duncan

John - thanks for the links.

I guess my quest is actually more simple than my original post.

I have captured the PowerPoint slides using Full Shot 6 so I am now working with PNG images.

I now need to simply animate these images to appear like they are coming out of the window of a building (small) and then slowly zoom out (get bigger) until they fill the frame.

I also have some aerial video footage that I would like to overlay the PNG on (horizontally) and then have the image rise up out of the plot of land and then tilt up to fill the screen.

Is this doable in Vegas or is this an AE project?

Thanks,
Duncan

Use Pan/Crop or Track Motion to make the images smaller and and position them in the window. Then add a second keyframe for the larger size. The first four issues of my newsletters discuss the basic techniques using Track Motion.
