I have long used Windows Photo Viewer to ... well, view photos. Starting WPV by clicking on a file in Win Explorer, the next and previous buttons would follow the order in which Win Explorer had sorted the files. Nice for reviewing the photos from a particular date.

No such luck with Win 10, WPV only moves forward or back in filename order.
