I had one called a "Spaceball" many years ago that I used with Lightwave on my DEC Alpha system. Here's a link to one on eBay -- it cost a whole lot more than $40 back then ;-)

Oh, and I had a Microscribe as well. Didn't use it much, but it sure looked cool sitting on my desk!

Edit: also, on the company's website, if you look at the supported software, it has all the Adobe products but I didn't see Sony Vegas.

But me wana dah Bling! It's so nice! - I could go down the Pub tonite and say: "Hey Guys, my mouse has an LCD screen! Does yours - nah nah nah!!! " ("Don't you wish your girlfriend was . . . like me")

but I didn't see Sony Vegas. - HAH thank you! I'm a saved soul . . . . . I just KNEW there had to be a "sound" reason not to buy it.
