Are you talking about the fast spinning transition? Open Pan/Crop for the event, and set a keyframe at the end of the event. Go to the settings at the left of the dialog box, and set a really large value for Rotation Angle. Each multiple of 360 will rotate the video one revolution durint the length of the video. You probably want it to rotate a minimum of 10 times, so try a starting value of 3600. You may also have to zoom in to avoid black at the edges of the frame as the video rotates.

No. The effect I have in mind is a fast horizontal slide.I heard this can be done with 2 fast pans with the camera and then putting them together.
