OT: Belkin KVM Switch Chirping!

Got a Belkin dual monitor KVM switch about six months ago amd it was working just fine until a day ago. Now it chirps all the time unless it's power is unplugged. Keyboard does not work on either PC.
Anyone ever had this problem? Got a fix?

Judging from what you have said it's trash can time unless your feet or hands ripped open a cable.
