OT: Best way to add surcharge to duplications

Hey all. We're quoting a job that will have occasional reorders on DVD/VHS dups. If anyone has done this, do you charge anything additional? If so, is it a percentage or a per-copy fee? Not looking to get rich, but there is time and handling and possible graphics revisions involved, so we want to make sure time is covered.

We do this routinely. We charge a per-copy fee and an editing charge it we have to change the artwork. We have a regular schedule for VHS, miniDV and DVD duplication but, depending on the client and the number of copies involved, we may adjust the charges downward. If we know in advance that additional copies are likely, we'll usually keep the masters in house for the client.
